Foundation School Status

The governing body of Chauncy School has changed its status to become a Foundation School on the 1st July 2008. This is in line with the Government’s plans for a reformed system of strong, autonomous schools and a modernised role for local authorities. The decision to change status was made by the governing body after considering the views of all interested parties.
