Another landmark in our relentless and joyous march towards greatness. In 2013 we celebrated 1020 students choosing to study at Chauncy School. Ofsted described us as "an inspiring and exciting place to be" where students have set new GCSE and A Level records, where student behaviour is "outstanding" and where parental support is overwhelming. We had 421 students when I started at Chauncy in 1998 and now we have 1000 happy successful students working with a brilliant staff. We are now full in years 8-11 and we have attracted so many 6th formers from other schools whilst losing none of ours, that it is clear that we are on the right track and must now get even better in providing the sort of inclusive education our community relishes.
